Good entrance – some colour of season would be nice at entrance. Some
weed around the back area. Ideal area at rear of River View for picnic tables –
maybe.

mature trees. Some bedding might be attractive at name plaque area. Shrubbing inside entrance could be maintained and

All houses well-maintained, nice bright estate. Remove dead trees and
